Great test results!
I'm so pleased to have received my blood work back already and to see that the numbers were just great! It just goes to show you what some exercise and healthy eating can do for your body. I credit my Shakeology as well. I know it has done wonderful things for me since I began incorporating it in my diet on a regular basis. It has been known to lower cholesterol numbers! Do you have bloodwork values from before you started using the program?
I do from a few years back...I'll have to dig them out!
